On March 21st, at the railway dedicated line of the foreign trade terminal of the Jiujiang Port operated by the Shanghai International Port Group, a forklift placed containers loaded with corn into the train compartments. These containers, carrying corn imported from Brazil were transported via "Sea-River-Rail" multimodal transportation. After distribution at Jiujiang Port, they were shipped to various destinations in Jiangxi province, such as Ganzhou and Xinyu, and subsequently transported to the southwest and northwest regions of China. In response to the various stages of operations such as berthing, handling, transportation within the port area, and storage along the Yangtze River in the Jiujiang section, the railway authorities actively communicated and coordinated with relevant authorities and enterprises to open up green channels for freight transportation, ensuring fast loading and transportation.
